A minor traffic accident is always a hassle, but in a small town, it quickly turns into a real lesson in local markups and supply chains.

A few weeks ago, another rider crashed into the front of my 125cc gas scooter. The impact broke the front plastic fairing, bent the steering stem, and damaged the crash bars.
